The day is almost here! Here’s a full rundown of what’s changing at Misogi starting April 1st — and what’s staying exactly the same.
📲 NEW: The Misogi App
You can now manage your membership, book appointments, and view your schedule directly from your phone. Download the Misogi app when it goes live next week and log in with your existing account. You’ll also still be able to book right from our homepage — it’ll just look a little different. We will update this post with a direct link to the app as soon as it’s in the App Store.
💬 NEW: Text Us Directly
We’re launching a messaging portal so you can reach us by text to book appointments or get help with your account. No more hunting for the right email or feeling frustrated when we can’t answer the phone — just text us, anytime!
⏰ Shorter Booking Window
We’re dropping our advance reservation requirement from 24 hours to just 12 hours. More flexibility for those last-minute sessions.
🚶 Community Hours — No Changes Here
Our community hours (4-8pm M-F, 10-6 Sat) remain fully drop-in, no reservation needed, open to all members just like before. We have noticed a few days when it has gotten pretty crowded in here in the evenings, and if that begins to cause issues for our clients, we may look into limiting entry somewhere in the future. For now, it’s all good.
📌 A Note on Reservation Hours
Our reservation hours (everything outside community hours) will now require either an upgraded membership tier or a $10 per-visit fee for current members who prefer to stay on their existing plan. This comes down to staffing — those hours require coverage, and we need to make sure we’re able to cover our payroll. We wanted to be straight with you about that. It does matter to our long-term success to actually be profitable!

🔄 Re-enrollment After April 18th
Your recurring membership will continue billing as normal through April 18th. After that, any renewal will require a quick re-enrollment — you can do this the next time you visit. We’ll remind you closer to that date. We keep your credit card billing info encrypted for your safety, which means that we can’t move it to our new system without your permission!
Non-member drop-in pricing is changing slightly:
- Community hours: $39 (no change)
- Reservation hours: $45
