Friday Lights lives on! February 6 from 4-8pm, celebrate our downtown community with us and pop in for a half-price drop in. If you’re a member, it’s a great night to bring a friend! If you’re just curious about what sauna and cold plunging is about, this is the perfect night to give it a go. Be there or be square, homies!

No reservations needed, just come as you are.
