Misogi and Splendid Barre are partnering up for a myofascial release and stretch class on August 7th at 7:00PM! Hop in the sauna for a few minutes to relax your muscles then a Splendid Barre instructor will guide you through gentle stretches and myofascial release techniques. From there you’re free to head back into the sauna or take a cold plunge! Come in for only $30 per person, and get $10 off if you’re a member at either studio!
